BurgerFit Caprese Skewers
Why eat this recipe?
This is a great recipe to make when you don’t have a lot of time, but still want a nice dish to serve. This is one of my favorites because it’s a keto and gluten-free option, so it’s easy to share with your friends that follow similar dietary lifestyles!

BurgerFit Caprese Skewers
Equipment
Ingredients
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella balls or slices cut into chunks
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 BurgerFit burger, cut into bite size pieces
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Alternate adding the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, BurgerFit burger bites and basil leaves to the bamboo skewer until filled.
- Lay onto serving tray and drizzle with balsamic reduction right before serving. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Notes
- Add whatever other veggies you might have on hand - cucumbers, bell peppers or even raw zucchini work great!
- If you don't have mozzarella cheese, use whatever block cheese you have.
- To make this recipe dairy-free, simply omit the cheese.
